Launcher freezes upon pressing "Play"

Hi,
as the title says. It worked fine earlier today. However after the update it won't launch the game. When you launch the launcher (as adm) the launcher works fine until you press play, then it completely freezes. I did have this issue about a week ago, but it lasted only about an hour or so.

the issue was with firewall. Upon closing the launcher my F-Secure popped up asking to allow the program and so on.0
