It is not suitable for vampires, because vampires nerf health regen.

That is the point, get health regen while in mist form since you cannot receive healing in mist form and stage 4 vampires don't regen enough to heal fast enough.

Like I said above I rocked a regen vampire in pvp. It was good, then it stopped working as intended.

    Love,

    Floki

Why would you use vamp with troll king...

Remember when vampires got all passives regardless of stage? Then you could technically be a vampire and still have hp regen if you feed every 30 minutes. Floki is probably talking about that. Floki then states it stopped working as intended maybe pointing out how zos changed the stages to some terrible plain model where feeding became pointless in pvp (sadface).

In the current patch, i don't see why you would ever consider hp regen as a vampire.

So zos changed it too where if you want strong passives you gain more weaknesses. Its a fair change.

Just like when they changed ww's from having 15% regen just for being a ww.

    Current CP : 756+

I have every character level 50, both a magicka and stamina version.

RIP my effort to get 5x v16 characters...

Do you know what defile means?
Defile reduces the effectiveness of healing. That includes everything BUT health recovery. Troll King buffs health recovery. It is not affected by Defile.
There are two cp trees that stop regen.
I assume you are referring to the following CP stars (not trees):

    Befoul
    Siphoner

Befoul does not cut health recovery. Siphoner does cut it, but it is a low yield and questionable star to invest in. It can reduce health recovery by 15% at most. That is very weak, compared to a defiling build, which can (in extreme cases) cut your healing totally, but NOT your health recovery.

Healing means skills like Vigor, all the resto staff and class abilities that heal, as well as lingering health potions. Health recovery refers to the value on your stat sheet. It is different.
and tons of skills and enchantments that destroy health regen.
Please list them. Nope. Let me stop you there. You are thinking of things like Incap Strike, Reverb Bash, Durok's Bane, Fasalla's Guile, and so on. NONE of those affect health recovery.

In terms of poisons, you have things that increase costs, and ones that damage you. I am not aware of any that cut your health recovery as such. You can correct me, if I'm wrong on that score.
In pvp health regen does not get reduced like shields and healing
Correct. Battle Spirit does not affect health recovery.
but there are many ways to "debuff" or destroy health regen my padawan.
Nope. Don't you padawan me, fool.

You still took 25% more damage from fire and 20% more damage against fighters guild abilities in stage 1 back in the day.

I am calling you a fool because you fervently believe something that isn't true, while condescendingly referring to others as padawans. You refer to CP stars as trees. You talk too much in generalities. You are distinguishing health recovery from healing, when it comes to Battle Spirit, but you're mixing them up when it comes to Defile. If you want to convince me otherwise, please list the abilities that debuff health recovery.

So now that Health Regen can be lowered through defile, what do you guys think PVP-wise ?
Do you still use it ?

    Looking forward to it...
