Knowing ZOS it will first of take 3 to 4 years to introduce transmogrification. It will only be available to ESO+ who will then have an option to buy a transmogrification token from crown store at 4000 crowns per item of armor

They will receive a tidal wave of criticism (both from this game's players and the MMO community in general) if they paywall this. I really doubt Zenimax is stupid enough to make that blunder. Although you never know.
I know everything is paywalled in this game, but transmog is something literally every MMO on the market launches with. Paywalling such a basic feature would be PR suicide.
Best and fairest would be to have crafting motifs first and then with like 5 crafting style ressources (nickel, daedra heart, etc) + an amount of normal ressources (metal, wood, etc) you can change one of your pieces in the style you have.
Like that, crafting ('cause you need to be 10 for the last motifs) and crafting motifs search would be truly useful once more.
+ make more money by selling rarest motifs

How do you think ZOS will actually Implement the Transmog system into ESO?
