Can anyone confirm that weapon enchants will proc on heavy attacks while wearing Knight Slayer?

I've been testing Knight Slayer + Torug's Pact to try something different, but it doesn't seem like the heavy attacks are doing as much damage as they should. Im on console so testing really isn't an option. Can anyone confirm that the weapon enchants will still fire on heavy attacks with this set up?

Remove your armor and heavy attack a target skeleton. You'll see the damage from the heavy attack and the enchant appear if you have the in game combat text enabled.

Repeat with armor on and watch for the enchant damage to pop.

I don't see any reason enchants wouldn't proc with this setup though

Knight Slayer damage only affects players, I'm not certain if it does anything to dummies.

Knight Slayer will not proc on dunmies but I do know that enchants still procs with Knight Slayer slotted on heavy attacks.
