Order of the Hour, Minotaur and Draugr have all appeared for sale for the first time in crown crates rather than the usual crown store. As people have already shown things in the crown crates tend to be more expensive to buy because of the low drop rates of higher tier items resulting in more money being spent to convert gems to buy items. We also have not seen any items that have first appeared in a crown crate sold in the crown store.

Effectively it looks like ZOS intends to make it more expensive to purchase motifs using real dollars in the future.
