
Well in whoever-was-bashing-them's defence it probably helps that I'm a subscriber. I'm thankful but I'm not naive.That's very nice of them. There was a thread today bashing the ESO support team but this just shows they are certainly more competent than a lot of other support teams if you ask politely and are patient. Congrats to you
