Bug in the long game quest (No Shira Citadel area)

I have reported this in game as well.
I am doing the part of the quest "Long Game" where I need to learn 3 passphrases to enter a door. When I pick up the books that should give the passphrases, the book goes to my inventory, but the quest does not update. I cannot complete the quest and I cant delete the book from my quest items. I have tried to delete the quest and start again but the same thing happen (can pick up books but the quest objective does not update). So I am stuck and cannot progress.
