That's called transmogrification and it's listed under Comfort Features. I never ceased to be perplexed at how badly ZoS underestimate the importance of aesthetics and customisation in a game like this. And that's even before we get into the age old arguments about how daft it is for ZoS to expect people to literally spend months becoming master crafters when it's almost useless in its current form.

1. need new adaptation of "Ceasefire" for limited timers during each day to allow folks went unharmed during ceasefire timer to do minor quests, skyshard searching, and treasure maps, if they enter hostile zones, they would may need to "pay toll" access to restricted areas.
once a timer nears to resume a new battle, with warning by 10 mins once 1 or 2 hours ceasefire begin to countdown for next war game. otherwise, they are fair game for PVP to kill if stayed too long.

i also agreed with character level progression, doesnt make sense for "weaker as you level up like diminishing returns" when mobs scale to match your levels and they seem to hit harder.

and again, also, once the zone quests get exhausted or completed, there nothing left, and doing Daily guild tasks doesnt do much, we just need new centralized local town daily tasks one per day at players' choice, pick one of 3 tasks a day, different kind of bounty task. or set up new Daily "Royal Task" to recover stolen hierloom, locate lost hiers, or justice for crime (arrest criminal or to clear names), and champion's challenge.

daily writs for 50/160 alchemy need to be changed, it use nirnroot way too often than needed. need balanced rotations. priced on auction are way overpriced.

we have stacks and stacks of green and blue materials when we get master writs requiring epics and legendary, those are too expensive and those blue and greens need to get use up, too many on auction went unsold and sitting in bank too long, it is time to make them use up., for example make 5 green items crafted and/or make 3 blue items crafted with triats, since they are more common to get.

devs, Players really HATES the nerfs, dont mix with PVP on PVE

oh yeah, becarefuil with pricing in Zen crown market, they are all way overpriced

I put down new Cyrodiil features, but I think it is more urgent to improve Battlegrounds system. BG needs to provide much higher XP and AP rewards for each match, along with improvement to matchmaking, separate queues for premade groups and random solo players, way to queue exclusively for Deathmatch mode, etc.

I would say a bit of everything, but specifically:

Transmog / outfits
Jewellery crafting
Housing limits
Performance
Address the useless/bad sets
Daily content with different focus. LOTRO had daily resource instances which actually made farming mats into an fun, enjoyable part of the game.
Balance for equipment traits. In particular weapons. Note : token system isn't required if all weapon traits are good.

It needs bug fixes. But I want spellcrafting.

I'd definitely like for the game to be better optimized. When the day comes that I can play this game on high/ultra-high graphics without too much lag on a MacBook that already meets the recommended requirements, that'll be nice. Of course there would be exceptions with areas that have high volumes of players. But I'd like to enjoy the scenery and architecture in ESO as it was intended to be without huge hits to performance when possible.
