Oblivion Damage Bug

This can't be right can it? I wasn't using shields either so it wasn't shield breaker, it seems like oblivion damage glyphs are doing more damage and procing more than intended..bjgfdbny8bsr.png

    The guy was wearing viper/tremor, the last proc from knight slayer came from another person.
