Raise the Housing Item Limit?

They could simply move housing client side and have the client take fixed snapshots of the multiple item creations for when other players visit. Not like there is anything worth worrying about over instanced housing exploits. Maybe to avoid x-rated creations I suppose.
Housing should, and is. It's own separate instance. You, the player, don't have to worry about any of the housing instances as they only load in when you go to that players housing instance. But since all housing instances are attached to the owner of that house. You'll never have to worry about whatever is inside each of those instances effecting your game. As the game will refuse to load any instance as long as your not in it. When you are not inside that certain instance, the only thing the engine will do is remember what instance it was. So, by chance if you decided that you want to see a players house, their Primary one would be the only one that'll be loaded and not 10+ instances all at once. Because of this, you'll be able to come and see it without worrying about anything getting misplaced or whatnot because the "instance" is just a map for that 1 player. Others can come into that instance if allowed too. But when it's not allowed the map will not be allowing access to anyone besides the owner.

This means that - that entire instance, aka map will be not there for the other players and they'll have no access or means of going to it. The information of that map is there, but that map will not effect the other players performance nor will it effect the server. As all those houses are, in reality. Is just 1 off small maps designed for only 1 player to access at any point in time. When that player isn't in that house, the game will not load it. This means that when those houses are not in use, the engine will just leave the maps as is and not call it out to load in for a player. That is until a player does come along for a visit to it or the player who owns it comes back home. This process doesn't require certain item limits in the area, as you can have whatever you want on that map and it'll still be there.

This is why you can stand outside the front door to any player house in the game and not get a huge performance hit. As only the base map of that area is attached to the map. All of the other "houses" are off somewhere else. Way far away so they won't effect other players performance.

Item limits and stuff in homes are just novelty stuff. They can remove the cap all together but they don't because they want to try and get abit more money. They might allow non eso+ players a means of getting a higher limit but I doubt they'll remove the cap all together.

Im so bummed! 400+ crate lids and a week later ive run out of room. My epic ramp up to the top of my shiny new mushroom house is incomplete right as i get to the top! I have found absolutely nothing to use like a walkway, etc. The boards and planks are huge and bulky...
