Every since the latest patch was deployed this morning, EVERY single quest I have taken thus far on my new Warden has been either outright bugged and blocked, or buggy. Since I cannot complete the Divine Inquires quest cause of the ritual bag being completely bugged out and broken.....blocking progression, I decided to skip that for now and go on to the main Daggerfall quests, starting in Stros M'kai. And every quest in this area as well, that has objects that you must either interact with and/or pick up.....you have to do it twice, sometimes more. This is a pretty big "Oops" with this latest patch and something needs to be done fast! Even if it means rolling back the patch until it's more stable.

Also, since the patch was released, I am having buggy framerates. Where I would usually get a consistent GPU usage of around 80%, it's now spiking from 99% down to zero and back again. RX 480 4GB, latest drivers, Win 10 Pro 64bit. Has only been happening since the patch was released. This uptick in usage and then sudden drop is causing extremely choppy gameplay. Sometimes it will be fine for like 2 hrs and then do it. Sometimes it will do it right away. Only way to fix it is to completely log out of the game and relaunch.

I second this report. Also had the Divine Inquiries quest break right at the ritual bag (in my case, it says it's in my inventory, but since the quest hasn't updated and I can't get rid of it, I'm really not sure how to restart this or what to do next). Once I gave up on that I went to do the Find Veya quest thread in Balmora. That quest then broke in the middle of my character trying to find the Morag Tong (once again, quest failed to update when I interacted with an item, and wouldn't continue). I'm predicting this has something to do with the latest patch, just given the timing. Have tried relaunching the game, exiting the area and re entering -- am now out of ideas.

Hmmm. I hadn't really experienced that until the patch. Well in the regular game world that it. Cause in Cyrodiil, it's been a major issue since launch.

    https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/354152/hotfix-some-quests-unable-to-be-completed-june-20-2017
We have completed a global hotfix on our PC/Mac servers to address an issue where some quests throughout the game were not able to be finished. As part of this fix, we have reverted the fix for the "A Cold Wind From the Mountain" quest. We will push a fix for that specific quest at a later date.

There is no patch to download for this hotfix.

Please note: If you had an active quest that you could not complete due to this issue, you will need to abandon the quest and pick it back up now that the hotfix is live.
