A couple suggestions to make housing more fun!

• A BARD assistant! Let them SING! Let them DANCE! Let them PLAY!
• A Customizable NPC! A creatable NPC you can place in your home with an option to do any emote of your choice. Sweep my pretty! Hue hue!
• An attunable assistant! An assistant that is a natural jack of all trades, which the player can choose to change them from Banker to Guild Banker to even Chef!
• An assistant customizable token! Just in case nobody wants a balding Banker...
• Vendor purchasable Walls, Floors, and Fences. Because some of us require building extra floors and rooms!
EDIT: Stairs. I forgot stairs. Stairs are essential.
• More house animations! Let our heroes take a rest and sleep or eat while sitting! Also can we have that leg crossed with a fan sitting pose?
• Pets! Ol' McDonald called, and he wants his farm! Give us pigs, chickens, rabbits, monkeys, all those cute things!
• Ponds and Springs! None of those ankle cleaner kiddy pools! Give us some wata! If they can't change the ground, put it on a hill!
• EDIT 2: Give us the option to remove light controls from unsavory visitors....

- more usable items (seats, beds, tea pots, hammock, ...)
- increase all caps (furniture, trophies, decorations, visitors, etc..)
- include storage space

✭Nice ideas.
I'd like a mannequin/s that we can outfit with weapons, jewellery & armour, that with simple interaction our character and the mannequin would swap items. For example, we could change from healing robes to tanking, dps or Cyrodiil sets with one simple 'Swap equipment' option. Plus they'd look nice in the bedrooms of our homes.If you can be anything, be kind.2 -

✭✭Anything that makes them seem less empty would be fabulous. (So used to having nothing moving in there got quite a shock once when caught sight of my shadow from a different angle - thought someone in my house!)
Mannequins, npcs (bards), more interactable items such as ability to lie down on beds, and also ability to display collectables - like can display the ball of wool from quest in Morrowind.

Heck, they could sell the guild banker for crowns and the base can come from the master writ merchant.
And yes, limit control of lights to owner and those with decorator privileges.1 -
Jusey1✭✭✭✭✭Make containers usable in our homes so that we can store random costumes and unique gear that we want to keep... This is mostly because the bank will eventually be full and some people might prefer to only store crafting items in their banks.2
