It is. I tested it a few days ago specifically because of your comment. In hindsight a screen shot would have been a good idea but at the time I wasn't planning on making a forum account. Agree about spamming skills. I'm sure many of the situations where it happens were caused by mistakes on my part but nevertheless it does happen. Examples: getting focused by multiple players, being soul assaulted, being stuck in EOTS. If your running lich then yeah hands down Altmer wins. But 2K base is a ton and I'd venture to say that unless a person is using lich or specifically building to reach 2K base most aren't that high. With 7/7 light and vamp alone 2K base would put you at 2760 recovery, and that doesn't take into consideration CP, racial, class, and mages guild passives.

I am Altmer, and vamp and running 5 light. get 2x regen from trans and 1x regen from riposte. and witchmother brew. I am sitting at 2100 ish regen.

I value trans and riposte buffs way too much to swap them for lich.. or even war maiden. that being said... there are some builds... that I just cannot take out unless the planets align and even then it is tough.

I want to try this build. The idea of not being squishy definitely has appeal but I don't know if I can give up Amberplasm. I've gotten addicted to all that stam recovery

Magblade is performing better than mag sorc in CP. It's good to see, as it's also nearly on par with Sorc in PVE too.

Magblade is in a much better spot than I imagined. I was skeptical of the siphoning nerf and change to merciless (which I still want back to 4 LA or increased duration) but with everyone else's balancing out we are in a good place. Not overpowered in the slightest but extremely competitive in the right hands.

I swear, I thought I answered this questions some where. lol maybe I saw it and dreamed that I answered it.

Anyways, my preference is to be as tanky as possible. the 15 second cool down of the Wyrd tree is currently very unattractive since on pvp you get DE buffed all the time. Mag Dks and Templars, will Dot you up constantly few seconds and sorcs will curse you every 3 seconds. so now if Wyrd trees cool down was shorted then I would consider using it.
