Double Oblivion enchant Procs?

Is anyone else experiencing this? I have had many death recaps were it shows two enchant procs for exactly 1900 damage. Many of them were from a friend I was dueling who confirmed he was using it on one weapon only. I am on Console so I have no reliable way to test this.

    This kept happening over and over too. In Bgs and I am friends with this player so I was able to confirm that he only had that enchant on one bar. Is this a UI error or am I really getting that double proced?

    What was the time frame? The Oblivion damage proc should have a 4 second cooldown as its base. 2.4 second if the weapon is infused, and about 1.4 second cooldown if the player is also using Torug's Pact.

    Oh, also Oblivion damage is not reduced by Battle Spirit, and it also ignores all resistances. Think of it as "true" damage.

    sometimes it would be off one ambush and I know he isn't using infused or torugs

    Iirc he was correct with his reply of 4 seconds. Pretty close to that.

    Base cooldown for damage proc enchantments is 4 seconds. Base cooldown for unique effect enchantments (damage shield, Weapon/spell damage boost, Crusher) is 10 seconds.

    Oh okay that makes more sense, some of them might have been in that window. I think a lot were not though. That is gross that that shares the same cooldown with viper...

    I have had 2 in a row on my death recaps and that was not more than 4s appart.

    note to self...need to make sure to slot knight slayer set with some decrease health enchants on the weapons and lots of infused traits...

    Based on the damage his SA did i would bet hes running infused or at least something thats not sharpened for the trait on his weapon with the enchant. Unless you have a ridiculous amount of resist SA should be hitting for about 3-4k in a low damage build with sharp. A SA hitting for 1957 makes me think hes not running sharp on with a low damage build. So possibly turogs.

    He is in my guild and we queued at the same time (because if we queue together it won't work), I know him very well and I know he uses sharpened. I probably had major vitality from the pirate set up.

    1900 is the base damage for the decrease health (oblivion damage) enchantment. If they used Infused it'd hit for 2,280, Torug's would yield 2,470 and Both would yield 2,964 (since Torug's and Infused effects are still multiplicative). While being on a 1.4 second cooldown (or every other light attack if they're in succession)

    Edit: nope, every 5th attack. Since the Oblivion damage enchantment is still bugged with infused and its ICD reduction.

    Ah i see. So hes running sharp. With viper and something else. Not turogs right? Also it might be an issue with death recap. Its been known to only display certain hits sometimes hiding other hits. Without an damage log theres no way to test anything effectively. Like the other people have said that particular enchant has a 4 second cool-down which can be altered in two ways: infused weapon trait and/ or turogs 5 piece. Otherwise the CD just lined up with the initial burst and what ever finished you off. Considering that only adds up to ~10.7k damage there must have been some time to allow the cd to finish. Or maybe some damage is missing if it was a one shot for you. Youll never know without a damage log.
