Unable To Reset Password

After having all of my support tickets ignored, I am now attempting to sign in to my account in order to cancel my ESO Plus membership. I enter my userid and password only to be told they (one or the other, or both) are incorrect. I reset my password but when prompted to sign in with it I get the same error. So, I've done this a few times now and I feel like I'm a mouse on a wheel. If I cannot cancel this subscription, I will be forcced to investigate my legal options. Hopefully I'm the first to encounter this issue, but I'm starting to suspect this isn't a bug.

How, for the love of everything good, do I get some actual support out of this company?

    Support never ignore you. If they are busy with lots of tickets to get through. Just be patient thanks :)

    This is a general help forum. You post here and anyone can answer. Being rude gets you ignored. Doing multiple support tickets doesn't help as it puts you back further in the queue. Just keep responding to a single ticket concerning your issue. They do get a lot of tickets and it takes time to go thru them.

    ZOS mods do not resolve account issues on the forums. You will need to file a support ticket .....

    Um, I'm not asking for help in this thread. I'm merely detailing what happens when I follow the "how do I recover my password/userid/account?" thing. That is; I reset my password successfully, but each time I enter the new password it tells me that either the userid OR the password OR both are incorrect. I already have a customer support staff working on this one issue, but I wanted ZOS and the community at large to be aware of it. In the former case so that it can be addressed, and in the latter so that we can find out if it's a bug or not.

    We have removed a few posts that were rude and causing this discussion to descend into flaming. As for the issue @kaffeend is currently having, your ticket 170611-006255 is still open and you should receive a response soon for help with this issue.

    Just wanted to mention that after some to-ing and fro-ing, ZOS were able to find the problem, and once that was done the fix was pretty much instantaneous. Thanks guys.
