After having all of my support tickets ignored, I am now attempting to sign in to my account in order to cancel my ESO Plus membership. I enter my userid and password only to be told they (one or the other, or both) are incorrect. I reset my password but when prompted to sign in with it I get the same error. So, I've done this a few times now and I feel like I'm a mouse on a wheel. If I cannot cancel this subscription, I will be forcced to investigate my legal options. Hopefully I'm the first to encounter this issue, but I'm starting to suspect this isn't a bug.
How, for the love of everything good, do I get some actual support out of this company?
