Good afternoon,
I am having difficulties looking for some information. I currently own a copy of The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited for the PS4. After this recent expansion I am strongly considering playing on the PC. Do I need to rebuy the entire game on PC (including the expansion)? Or can i purchase the only expansion any play on the PC?
I am not looking to migrate character or anything like that, I would love a fresh start.

You don't have to buy them separately. ESO: Morrowind is available from this site and Steam for $60 and includes both the base game and the Morrowind expansion.
