A really odd but very annoying recently added bug

Since the Morrowind release I have been having an issue with just one character on my account. Whenever I change areas, whether its entering/exiting a delve or dungeon, teleporting, leaving my house, literally anything requiring a load screen, I appear with my weapon drawn. I cannot mount until everything in the area loads which can take up to about 8 to 10 seconds, but it lets me perform skills. This is extremely annoying when I need to move quickly from a wayshrine to mount up and go somewhere, as it forces me to either stand there and wait for it to let me sheath my weapon or I can sprint and make it take even longer.

This only happens to one character, my Khajiit Warden from DC. Is anyone else experiencing this, any resolutions/ideas that might be causing this??? It's really starting to grate on my nerves as this currently is my favorite character to mess around on.

I've been appearing new places with my weapon drawn on my brand new warden as well but I am able to just sheath it and mount up.

This is what I noticed too, only my new warden which I created after the official release seems to be affected. My magicka warden I made during early access doesn't have this problem.
