Is where people are at.
There's no need to post on those forums, but you may want to check out the events section. Many events seem to be open to all, like tavern nights. You can just drop by and quietly observe others RP to get an idea (don't block /emote and /say) and then join when you feel like it. When in doubt, whisper any other RPers there and you'll get tips and clarifications.
Another way is to check out the recruitment section and join a new player friendly RP guild. Sometimes I see RP guild ads in zone chat as well. But it's a bit more demanding especially when you aren't sure if you are going to enjoy it or not.

They were dancing and spamming grats etc... in chat.
The only problem was that they was spamming zone chat so much people couldn't trade/ duel or find pledge groups because of how much spam there was.
Asked them do they mind going in guild/ local or group chat to Rp so people can trade and such, I've never had so much anger thrown back because of that request. So much salt.
Once entered Inn to do that undaunted achivement, while RPers were RPing in there. As soon as i entered they started rudely PMing me to leave immidiately or they'll get me banned. Knowing that it's possible to happen, where entire RP guild report spamed player who actuall got banned, I left. RPers are some of the biggest entitled, rude ppl.
You are generalising an entire population based on one bad experience. When my guild RPs and there are others that are there but not participating we simply ignore their existence, that includes trolls that do everything they can to attempt to interrupt or ruin our RP, they simply do not exist in the RP world that we are in at that moment.

And then other people in the group might wanna do something differently but the king weirdo goes "No! NO! That's not what this fellowship is about! We gona dance in breton Style and you gona wear blue and white"
or something like that?
Roleplayer? Iz that someone that someone following rulez?
In diz caze, Kitty can say for sure Kitty izn't a roleplayer, no no no, Kitty playz by no rulez but Kitty'z.

I have not run into any rp in game that perked my interest. I do however rp the decision my characters make in game. I have two characters that only do the good choices if given, they do not steal or kill NPCs. I have one character that pure evil (Guess those too important NPCs are lucky they are important).
