It won't matter because it can be cast multiple times so you will get hit with multiple ones before being able to cast it back to the person.

Almost all my death recaps have at least one racer... but the "it is slow" argument, won the discusion in PTS.
Make it dodgeable but give it a stun or a knock back or even splash dmg and we are OK.

Nb have cloak, cliff racer doesn't pull out of cloak. Sorcs have shields. I suppose if your stam sorc that would suck tho

If a warden casts a cliff racer, the nb cloaks during the travel time, does it cause the cliff racer to miss or will it pull the nb out of stealth?

Wrobel actually said on ESO live it can't be reflected basically because (and I'm paraphrasing here) "who can reflect a bird?"
