Can't click on arrows

Since morrowind download, I've been having trouble clicking on arrows on quest and also sometimes can't get gold off killed enemies. I log off and on off and on to finish quest, its so annoying... help

    Have you tried activating/deactivating cursor mode?

    Also, whispering to someone via clicking inside the chat window can pull the cursor back to reality.

    There isn't a cursor mode on Xbox
    -PC (PTS)/Xbox One: NewBlacksmurf
    ~<{[50]}>~ looks better than *501
