Can't click on arrows

Since morrowind download, I've been having trouble clicking on arrows on quest and also sometimes can't get gold off killed enemies. I log off and on off and on to finish quest, its so annoying... help

Also, whispering to someone via clicking inside the chat window can pull the cursor back to reality."Bah... This is not the way... "
