Not sure if that is only used in USA or elsewhere, but I suspect the blood and gore is the main contributor. The sexual themes are definitely very tame compared to Witcher for sure.

@Danksta IIRC they don't have to card for it, at least in my state I don't recall there ever being any legislation relating to ESRB ratings. Some stores might do it of their own accord, but it's just a recommendation to help parents deciding what they'd like their kids to see.
