I think I understand the OP now. Vanus Galerion has equipped the Burning Spellweave set instead of his old lackluster Galerion's Revenge set now and that broke the mages guild and main quest line because he evaporates all of Coldharbour all by himself. The set needs another nerf!

ok more test conducted today my guild and friend come over to house, magelight broken still.. ok, so now we try different with an orc and mage of scathing, no work like breton ok... weird bug maybe zos? Or maybe more test require? try scale max magicka with cp allocation to 12%

math in test:
40,000x 1.12x(12,400^3 - breton passive) = 54,555 dps
burn orc spellweave - 15% = 60% < or high time
54,555 decisive wep -> 0.34% (golden) = generation
60% = 0.34^ 74seconds to get ultimate to attack more
penetration still stood 16k (boss well still 2,000 armor)
come to 54,555 dps to 60% = 32,733 in eternal mode but trial different? ok so now try with breton and reporting back so all know

i report all test to zos for see if bug or mistake in code maybe? idk but will get broken if no future patch to get balance...

Enemies see an Orc proccing BSW and just don't believe it can hurt them. This orc gets a lot if giggles in battle. It is tested .

Sounds like a broken tank build that doesn't die and puts out 33k dps sustained. I guess for people who figured it out

9 broken tanks with 33k dps = free stuff - time to blow through trial run }->a

total amount of free stuff = trial playtime/average time between bosses in trial }->b

total possible amount of free stuff = (the time right now-the time when this broken thing is patched)/average time between bosses}->c

Wow those are some spectacular results so far. 54,555 dps with an Orc is impressive, especially with a decisive weapon. Have you noticed which is better? Burning Spellweave or Scathing Mage? I see you mentioned both, but I am not sure which one gave you better results.

Also can you post a screenshot of the Combat Metrics results? I would love to see what all buffs were involved.

I can't wait to see what you come back with on a Breton. I bet it will be even better!

I find that Eternal Mode is hard to keep active during a trial as well... Especially during the 2nd boss fight in VMOL. I get it going and then some fool changes color and doesn't leave the group. It really doesn't live up to its name.
