Interesting.. my title was edited because.. apparently, even tho the LINK and the ARTICLE at Bethesda say they are Morrowind DLCs, someone thinks they should say ESO DLCs.
Sigh..

They probably thought the title was confusing people, since the person said it felt like the content was cut from morrowind so it could be sold seperately. And everyone was all you don't need morrowind to play it!!

Except they named their own article in the same manner op named this thread. Zos is great at creating confusion. Imo they kind of contradict themselves when they do stuff like this.
Create an article with a confusing title and someone creates a forum post with close to the same title so they change the forum post to clear up confusion? Surely things like this article have to past some sort of inspection?
Hmm.. article says avail to all ESO players.. no mention of to ESO Plus.. and Morrowind purchase not required.
Not sure I like those.
No new benefit for my paying money for Morrowind expansion.. nor for subbing.. yet again.

Do you guys think that Clockwork city could be located here?
Because it makes no sense to leave that part of the map empty. I already wondered why this hasn't been populated with Morrowind chapter. So maybe with CWCity DLC?
I will do a partial spoiler, based on my own speculation WO having played Morrowind:
Sotha Sil is said to govern Time from Clockwork City. It must be a realm on the plan of Oblivion, not part of Nirn, like the plane of each of the Daedra, with SI having godlike powers.

People will never be happy will they? Want do you want them to do? We get some quests and dungeons. There is like 345680349 other things to do besides these things. I've played for like 300 hours and I haven't came close to finishing everything on my one character. I could still make like 8 more.
Besides, play something else and take a break if you are bored. Come back when you want later and maybe it'll feel refreshed?
Im definitely interested in Clockwork City, it should be good one, they've hyped it already 2 year or so.

Sorry as much as the PAWS cult would like to see me banned unless they start giving Community ambassadors that power you're going to have to deal with me.

As a founding member of PAWS, I see no reason to ban you. Try harder.
