Battlegrounds Grouping Bug

The Battlegrounds queue will not let my team queue as a group "one of your teammates does not have the dlc" We all have the Morrowind dlc and have been able to queue separately, but we can't use the grouping tool. Whats up with this? We want to play as a team!
