Order pending.

I have bought 3000 crowns from the store through paypal. The status of the order is pending (authorization) since April 19. Paypal have charged the money from me but Zenimax is not accepting the payment. I have bought the actual game, more crowns and set a plus subscription with the same source so there is nothing wrong with it.
I contact Zenimax support every day and they are virtually mocking me, asking every day if the problem is resolved like I can go there and click "Accept" myself. I can't cancel the order on paypal until the seller (Zenimax) either accept or deny the payment or the order itself expires.

So my question is this. How many days do an order need to expire?

You should try calling Zenimax. You may have to wait awhile, but they should be able to resolve your issue. They can keep dodging the support behind their automated wall of emails; calling is the best way to resolve the issue at this point.

Yeah call. When you do call they will send you straight to a voicemail where you leave your message and the will call you back. Google ZoS to get number.

get a refund from whoever took the money.. sony/microsoft.

I have heard you can stop an order though if you go directly to your bank.

I heard this directly from the banker.
