Nvidia Surround - Crash after clicking play in launcher

This client is UNLAUNCHEABLE with Nvidia Surround turned on ever since the Nvidia driver Creators update that was released early May I believe. The only work around is to choose a non Surround resolution, run the launcher, launch the game, then at the log in screen change back to a Surround resoultion (5769x1080). This problem is only noted with ESO. This is an issue with all surround users and is complained about on multiple forums. Thanks. (btw it is because of the workaround that people like myself continue to play the game.)
