leeching strikes auto recast interrupts your attacks.

Why is this necessary? It does the leeching strikes animation first and then the attack you originally intended to use. This has cost me my life twice already. That is a huge flaw. Wanna incap combo? nope you get interrupted by the leeching strikes animation. What am i suppose to do? recast it at 3 seconds?

By the way, the skill tracker timer on console is horrible! the skills move all over the place according to how many seconds there are left. If that was a troll by a developer well played at least i hope it was a troll. So i just i have that ***t turned off.

Glad i did not buy morrowind for battlegrounds. I knew it was going to be cancer and garbage. It's all procs.

I can confirm this, sometimes magicka morph interrupting to cast my flame ulti aswell.

Annoying? Yes.
Game breaking for PVE? No.
Game breaking for pvp? Totally?

this skill itself isnt recasting...he mean about just animation...yes this is very annyoing

you just activated leeching strikes and per few seconds this nonstop is "recasting" in just animation, you cant control this ***

I assume OP is referencing to the animation at the end of the skill when you get the major part of your resources back. I'm not playing at lot of PvP these days but can imagine that this might come at unopportune times ...
And yes, the buff tracker leaves a lot open, in it's current form it's basically unusable :-(

you dont understand this...skill animation is annyoing while itself "refreshing" wit honly animation and no at end of skill duration.....

you have skill with 20 sec duration, you not recasting this..you just used this skill and leave this until end and after 20 seconds this normally have this animation with also resource return but problem is this animation is after just few seconds of duration and its recasting itself few times until this will finally end thse 20 seconds duration

It should be behaving like the old 15% proc siphoning used to have with just the swirly animation and no arm thrust.
