So where are the children in Morrowind?

This is exactly it. It seems natural to me to wonder why there are no children in a fantasy world which otherwise seems to strive for verisimilitude. After playing other MMOs with expansive world-building like WoW, LotRO and GW2, the absence of kids in ESO is rather jarring.
What's creepy is that suspicion is being leveled at people who ask why there aren't any children in the game.1 -

Lavennin✭✭✭But kids in Skyrim are pretty sweet. They appreciate murder and the ones I adopted loved the enchanted Daedric daggers I gave them. They practiced everyday.
