Group Finder quality check

It's been 3 years since ESO launched, how do you rate the Group Finder in this game?

qsnoopyjr✭✭✭✭The Group Finder, does a good job with groups. I played other games, and requires a lot of in chat spamming to get set up with a group with dps healer and tank.1

timb16_ESO85✭✭✭✭The group finder (in most cases) does its job well.
The problem, however, are the users. Not enough people queueing as tank or healer. This causes long queue times for dps (aka group finder is broken, never finds a group for me) and people queueing as tank/healer and quickly switching roles when inside (aka group finder is broken, can't even make a normal group).
Further problems are caused by low levels who have access to imperial city or shadows of the hist queueing for random and ending up in these dungeons (aka the group finder is broken, it should not put low levels here).
Not to say there are no issues with the finder itself, but most issues that people view as group finder broken are just issues with the user.

Sometimes it's almost faster to do quests, grind or some dolmens and get the same XP a dungeon would give. Same with me, I go out and do quests while I wait, because usually in other games. You go and sell stuff and by time you done selling stuff and managing inventory, you get a group. But this game, I have plenty of time before I'm remotely close to getting a group with the group finder in place right now.
I wonder if they put me in que too, I play DPS, so I wonder if they que people that pick a certain class.
An example would be I que'ed and I'm 70th person in que for DPS to be put into a group.0 -

What do you say, "Low-lvls shouldn't queue for random"? Phhhh, no. It's "low-lvls shouldn't have access to DLC dungeons".
There must be level restrictions for DLC dungeons. There must be higher level restrictions for II dungeons, not "Oh, lol, you can now enter FGI... and FGII, which is much harder than half of the dungeons you don't yet have access to, because f**k you, that's why". These things should be programmed in finder.
People chosing wrong roles and switching or not fulfilling them (looking at you, egoitical DDs who queue as tank and can't bother to taunt) are not finder problem, yes. It's humanity problem. But low-lvls in DLC dungeons. Yes. Finder's problem.
