Issue: Fetcher Infection doesn't trigger Valkyn Skoria's meteor attack even it's a damage over time (dot) skill.
How to recrate issue: use Fetcher infection skill on any enemy as much as you like. Valkyn Skoria's meteor attack won't be triggered.
Please fix this issue.
