Sancre Tor - Lord Of Iron and Woe - Game Crash

I have created 2 new warden characters and both times i have killed the Lord of Iron and Woe my game has crashed.

I'm seeing the same thing. Though not always when killing the Lord of Iron and Woe, just in the Tomb of Heros in Sancre Tor.

I am having the same problem. Crashes at the same exact spot in the Tomb of Heroes, fighting the same exact wraith, for me. It's done it twice in a row now.

Also to note... I use Hook 64, and the Launcher64 failed to work after the first crash. I then tried playing through the regular game launcher and it crashed at the same spot the second time. I re-installed Hook 64 and it loaded up fine now.

I think, for now, I'm just going to skip that tomb and hope the rest of the quests works. I've completed it before... Spoiler: If you skip it, you won't be missing out on anything.

Bumping this one because Im having the same issue in a few spots in the zone.

Not just crypt of heroes, I left the area and crashed again.

I am having the same exact problem. The game crashes for me in the Crypt of Heroes in Sancre Tor. It crashes in exactly the same place. Basically what happens is that the screen freezes and it stays frozen. I tried all of the various "fixes" I could find:

Used the alternative usersettings
Ran the program as Administrator
Closed launcher while game was running

The only thing I did not do is change the ESO priority to "high". That sort of struck me as a bad idea, to be honest.

In any case, I enter the Crypt of Heroes, wiped out the first wave, went to the left and take out the ghost and skeleton, then the game freezes.

I tried doing this about five times, the bug was repeatable, and it occurred in the exact same place. I have not had any other freezing issues in the game at all.

On the 6th or 7th try I skipped the Crypt of Heroes and completed the quest with no other issues...although for some reason it looks like the game is hung up trying to load the Harborage for some reason.

My system specs/other info:

I am running the eso64.exe client
Windows 10 Pro
CPU: i7-7700K @4.20GHz
32GB RAM
Graphics card: NVidia GeForce GTX 1080Ti (graphics memory 11GB)
Running the game in "Ultra" settings
Graphics drivers are up to date
Addons: Master Merchant, Skyshards, Lorebooks, and AUI

FYI: the crash is still occurring. The screen freezes in crypt of heroes when crossing the river after killing the first wave.

Imagine, a game crash bug that's been in the game for years, and it still isn't fixed.

Please goodness, yes, game has crashed twice trying to do that area. This is unacceptable, that any instance should be so utterly broken. -.-

But in the meantime, to everyone: Please, for your own good, stay away from the Crypt of Heroes. Because, even if you log bag in after a crash, and leave the crypt, and then open the door to the next area, your game will freeze, just as it did for me.
