ESO Won't launch and neither install

Today I installed the newest version of Windows 10 and for some reason my launcher would be stuck at loading. The only way I could play was through the direct eso64.exe. After that, I uninstalled microsoft visual c++ 2010 and reinstalled it with the eso installer. Now the launcher won't even maximize. The game crashes on login if I use the exe and I cant even install the game again. PLEASE help me !

✭✭✭Delete the launcher from your program files and start with a new launcher install

✭As I written here 3 days ago, you should install vcruntime 2010 32bit

I discovered this month ago (before morrowind) and mentioned in german forum but nothing changed today.
Needs to install:
Visual C++ Runtime 2010 32bit (required)
Visual C++ Runtime 2017 32bit or 64bit (depends on OS)
Note: Visual C++ Runtime 2015 is not needed because VCRuntime 2017 has the same CLR Version and its backwards compatible
edit:
If you download and install from Account page the x86 versions are still there. Seems the patcher didn't update the vcruntime2010 x86

Franieck✭✭✭✭thanks for the tips! I managed to solve it. I basically had to uninstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2010, the whole game and then disable my firewall to install it back again0

I ran repair on the 2010 C++ distro and that fixed this problem after running Microsoft Win10 update.0
