    I stole Paizo's James L Sutter's thing where if you rant about politics on Twitter, you give to a charity to make up for it.
    I have to say it's been pretty good for the charities and cutting down on my ranting just for the sake of it ranting rather than having a good reason.

    The overall problem is about queuing players for load balancing. I'll stop believing that theory when I see a rational explanation that debunks it.

    Over 900 reasons why I can demand better performance from my (obviously) preferred game supplier.

    "If you are purchasing the digital version of The Elder Scrolls® Online (ESO), by clicking "I agree" on the Payment and Review page, you agree that we are providing you immediate access to the digital content so your purchase is final."
    • This statement comes from the purchasing portal and makes reference to 'Terms of Service' at a later point.
    • The terms of service refer to paragraph 15 for Australian consumers
    • Paragraph 15 relates to the use of an arbitrator.
    • I haven't confirmed this, but the arbitrator in this case is likely to be the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.

    What I'm actually DEMANDING here is that my purchasing power is taken seriously and that my valid complaint about ongoing connection problems is both acknowledged and rectified. Putting it into a Ticket means that no-one will see the issue.

    I have read two posts from one member that attempted a rational response and that indicated that the problem was understood. The rest of you have contributed nothing other than some lame attempts to inflame the situation.

    What you have is at best a reason for requesting a fix to your problem, and a reason to post the problem on the PC Technical Support Forum which is read by ZOS technical staff rather than on this General Discussion Forum which is read by ZOS community staff and forum moderators.

    What you do not have under any circumstances however dire, and yours are no different to, and no more serious than, all the other issues people have with the game (regardless of how much you have spent on the game which is again no different to many people), is a reason to demand anything of ZOS or to gratuitously insult your fellow players. Those sorts of actions will only ensure that ZOS put your complaint to the bottom of the pile and your fellow players treat you with the same disdain that you show to them.

    You need to come down off that pedestal of self-importance that you have built for yourself and ask the right question in the right place and in the right way. You might then find that the right person helps you.

    This post is to inform you that we've gone ahead and closed this thread. If anyone is experiencing connection issues, we suggest giving any error codes you are receiving when attempting to log into the game. Also if one is submitting a ticket please be sure to provide a Game Consultant report, as this may help identify a connectivity issue.
