Just for reference, that isn't what a Navmesh is. A Navmesh is a group of triangles on the ground that tells the game AI where npcs and the like are able to walk. You are talking about collision, which is a feature built into a mesh that says "there is an object here, another object can't be here"

Hmmm.. I see. Tbh the closest you'll ever get to it would be to make some shelves, make it look as library-ish as you can/want, and fill them manually as you go. I doubt they'll ever create what (I think) you are wanting.0
