This set doesn't see much use, but I could certainly see it become an offensive tanking set if the AoE damage was reduced and was separate from the requirement of shield uptime, while also adding slowing nearby enemies.
(1 items) Adds 688 Spell Critical
(2 items) When you deal Critical Damage, you have a 20% chance to gain a damage shield that absorbs 8600 damage for 6 seconds.You also deal [Y<770] Cold Damage to all enemies within 5 meters of you every 1 second for 6 seconds and slow them by [x]% for 2 seconds when hit. This effect can occur once every 6 seconds.
You guys have any ideas for this set? Or do you think it should remain as is.
