You can't get into the compound though.I leveled one of my new characters on the Firemoth island last week and I could swear I saw a CP600 there. But probably not able to talk to the NPCs to start the quest. Bringer✭✭✭They designed it so the non tutorial intro quest for existing character took place on the island as well, but its a different quest with out a skill point. Its covered in the eso live stream they did on it.0
