Trying to recover my account, haven't played since launch. What's the turnaround time from support?

I know we can't ask in here to have our accounts fixed if suspended. I'm hoping to get a time frame. I contacted support last night and it's nearly 3PM my time and I haven't heard anything back. What is the typical turn around time for restoring accounts or even just replying to the support ticket so I know it's being worked? I have a gaming group that wants to try getting into the game and they're waiting on me to fix my account. :(

Also, is there any way to edit the forum username?

    Submitted a new ticket since I didn't grab the reference code of the first one and I don't have an email with that information. Thought I may have screwed up submitting it but the second ticket didn't send a confirmation email either.

    Unfortunately we do not have a designated support person on the forums at this time. But we can double check to make sure the ticket got to the right team. We'll also close out the old ticket since that can slow down response time for you.

    I should have updated this sooner. The support team responded to the initial ticket shortly after my second post. I now have my account back.
