    How can jump points be real if our eyes aren't real?

    It isn't really "rounding down". If you are at 12.98, you are still on the 12th leve. You haven't reached 13 yet.

    I have no idea why they would do it that way. If you show 12.98, then just keep the fraction. Instead of the decimal, say # additional CP needed for next level.

    @DaveMoeDee

    It's been that way tho. I think ppl are just now being made aware cause of the changes. Notice the old builds.

    Been what way? My point is if you show the decimal place, use it in the math. If you don't use it in the math, don't show the decimal.

    The decimals didn't always apply accurately in actual math (been that way).

    I'm not arguing that the decimals shouldn't be there but it's no different than us telling ZOS to fix tooltips and other issues with CP and Skills for over a year plus.

    I don't know exactly when the decimals stop materring because it may have been since release. I do know that for well over a year...well after the time Orsinium was fixed for Xbox one ppl began vMSA builds, Months after I had to reset my CP due to a race change support issue.

    Upon rebuilding my character I noticed the decimals didn't matter at all on console at least.

    Then I started using deltia builds for CP advice and noticed most of his CP choices seem to stop at full %.

    So I left a few points and noticed no change.
    I'm sure the elitist were telling this in their build suggestions and theory craft builds.

    Did I thoroughly test each one. Heck no but I tested my dps cause we got combat numbers and it became obvious
