The apex mounts then fair enough this one expects them to be crate exclusive - but at least give us a chance to purchase honestly and cratelessly the other cosmetic items yes.

I wish their marketing people would understand that offering things in more ways actually gets more sales and makes happier customers.

I'm not agains more people owning this mount (it is awesome) but the cost at which people will be getting it is ridiculous.

Don't you think that the marketing team has already thought of such a strategy, but has chosen the one that is best?
I bought the breton hero costume when it was limited and it's a piece of junk anyway. Those who get it from the crates better be prepared to be disappointed

Oh don't even get me started on the Breton Costume...

I made this when it first came out, pictures aren't there anymore but still gets the point across ok.

The sales and marketing team can do whatever they want.
Players don't get to decide how the Crown Store should work.
ZOS has to make money somehow - they are just doing the rational work that makes them the most cash and it is their right.
Did I miss any more of the overly-obvious statements that people tout around, as if they mean something profound when someone else takes issue with the games monetization, but feign to ignore when they personally don't like some small part of the monetization system?
I see no problem here. For one, we had our chance at a direct purchase, which should have been the case I for every single Crown Crate collectible, or at the very least the non-themed ones, but unfortunately ZOS decided to go one of the most consumer-unfriendly way they could think of. Also, I would be willing to bet that 2000 for each is less than most people will pay to get them from the crates, save from some lucky draws.

I forgot one.
Nobody makes any of you buy this stuff. If you don't like the practice, then don't buy the goods.
