[BUG] Echoes of a Fallen House quest - missing Maras

Hello everyone!
There is kind a bug with boss Maras in quest Echoes of a fallen house (EU server if it's important). When I completed task with bells I entered the boss room and there were many players waiting for Maras respawn. We waited for a long time, maybe for hour or more, but he never appeared.
