Yet he would not mention how he was able to obtain immortality other than a 'secret delve' in pve land. He also said that this 'buff' reduces damage taken to 0% for some time. I cant imagine it would ever be intended to obtain immortality in pvp, other than sets like phoenix and yokuden sets where you revive after death.
It is absolutely an exploit. If any buff exists in the game that makes you invulnerable to damage like this there is no way it is supposed to last outside of the duration of what its needed for, and certainly not inside of Cyrodiil.

lol - there is no 'secret' delve - but maybe somehow a program was running on their PC that has some peculiar interactions with runtime in-memory values or maybe even 'freezes' the values at a given number - who knows.. but forget about a 'secret delve' lolz2 -

You are right, I'd say he uses CE but just for trolling purposes, still a shame that CE is still working and nothing is done about it.

They think that's a SMART way to play their game.
You can find there are lots of BOT in PvE zone too.
At least I can play this game as stand-alone game or I will quit like others too.
I admire myself that I can keep going for three years. XD

Fixed an issue where you could become almost invincible after stacking a specific quest item.
So this was probably it and it is fixed now.
