Holy crappy dlc/update/whatever you want to label this steaming turd

So, first off since I pre ordered I figured most of the content would have been pre downloaded for us....nope. So I wake to a 32 gig update....fine....on internet with cap but fine. 12 hours later I log in to see the following:

No titles
No active effects (eso+, buffs etc)
collection's menus go nowhere
skills no labels or descriptions for any of them.....some have been reset others not...no skill points refunded
Champion points menu no descriptions or labels of any kind
All my quests say unknown quest and tracker goal text as description
Cant take daily writs....at this point I gave up and submitted a ticket and decided to roll my warden now.....lets just say thats a no go as well due to too many issues to list.

This applies to all my characters.. I am sure if I spent more than the 5 minutes ingame I could have a list of a hundred more issues with my account.

Yes before any of this the xbox was restarted.....then shut down fully and restarted again to no avail. Reinstall is not a valid answer for me as my bandwidth is severely limited and this update already cost me dearly in cap......fml. If support is serious about fixing this I have ss of it all if that helps...doubt it but whatever.

Need better internet ..... took me less than 90 minutes to download. I see everything as before with no issues .....

Sounds like with a 12 hour download there maybe issues. Have you tried deleting the game saved data? Hopefully this will resolve stuff in your list .....

Problem is at your end OP sorry to say, 2 weeks ago I installed Early Access Morrowind on PC granted, and did not have any of the issues you described.

Repair your game install, if console users have that option.

If this was a more wide ranging issue, then more people would have posted on the forums I would imagine.

Delete the local save game cache, and do a full shutdown (hold power button down 10+ seconds) fixes all the above generally after each dlc / update.

And you can't blame ZOS for poor internet speed...

You have to restart the system, if you read the announcement when the game loaded it, it says you have to reload or you will experience UI errors
