Yagrum Bagarn is the last known living Dwemer. Not sure if he is in the ESO morrowind timeline.
I'm a HUGE FAN of Dwarves in World of Warcraft and Warhammer/Total War Warhammer.....and when I heard that Dwarves were coming to Elder Scrolls Online I got so excited! I quickly logged in to find my stunted friends but they were nowhere to be found. I saw Dwarven buildings and the ESO Store even had a Dwarven mount in it! But where were all the Dwarves? If you do not know what a Dwarf looks like....he is about 4 feet in height, he has a long glorious beards, lives in the mountains, can drink anyone under the table, has a hardy deep chuckle, and is in most cases is a fearless warrior. If you find one please let me know.

Popular theory is that they were zero summened, which means the race would no longer have existed, ever. (It's complicated) Basically they tried to do what the Tri-bunal did and failed. Probably a faction or clan of Dwemer desided not to go along with the attempted ascension, so they are still out there. The still living ones are probably in a different part of the world, there is still a very large island, larger than tamier that has not be "discovered" and there are still places in tamiel that we have not been.
