Since update i cannot create a new char. What i did was buying a new char slot since it said in the char screen i am maxed at 9 chars. so bought another in crown store, went back to char screen. the note that i am at my max 9 chars was gone, but theres no option "create new char" or whatever it is called. on top theres "buy/update morrowind", then my first char down to my 9th char, period. no way to create a new char although i got one free slot. friend of mine on ps4 got exactly the same issue with bought additional slot in crown store. see also here and here for xbox.

i am not buying morrowind just because you screwed that up, that is unacceptable.
