Didn't receive Morrowind preorder bonus?

I preordered Morrowind and when I logged in today to play I did not receive my preorder bonus. (The horse, dog, outfit, etc.) It says the collection items are installed when I go to manage my game, but when I actually log in to play I don't have them. Any help?

Did you check your in-game mail? For the PC version they arrived as items in mail.0 -

Did you check your in-game mail? For the PC version they arrived as items in mail.

Balibe✭✭✭✭While I understand your frustration, you are not going to get help this way. Multiple bumps with all caps and tagging every ZOS person you know is not the way to handle things. If the issue is that bad, you need to file a support ticket .....
There are no other posts with this issue you are having, so it appears it is related to you and not a game wide issue everyone is having .....
You need to enter your code to receive the bonus items. Have you done this?
Can you access Morrowind in game?
Emails can be tricky, have you tried traveling to another location via a wayshrine then checking your emails?
Have you tried logging out of the game and performing a restart to you XB1?
Have you tried logging out, deleting the saved game data, then logging back in?

PaigeWimberley✭✭✭it was preordered through the xbox.. there was no code to enter. It automatically goes through when the game is released. No codes.
I had to uninstall and reinstall morrowind to be able to have access to it before it would work. That portion works. Now I just don't have any of my preorder bonuses.Edited by PaigeWimberley on June 7, 2017 4:56AM0 -

The only one that offers those is the collectors edition upgrade or the Collectors Edition with is ESO+Morrowind Collectors Edition.
