Extra bank space not working

Is anyone else having issues getting the extra bank space to show up. It states I have eso plus and my craft bag is working but the extra bank space is not registering.

It's working for me. First thing I did was unload stuff.
Might help to add platform/ server.

Working now had to delete my game data and relog
