Morrowind physical collector's edition - game code

Ok, so I am already an ESO+ member with the full game. I ordered the Morrowind physical collector's edition and received it today... after playing with the statue for like an hour like I was a kid again I logged on to enter in the code for my account. When I do so it asks me what type of membership I want and is taking me through like I am setting up a new account. Not sure how i'm suppose to do this. I went into my account and used the redeem code button on the my account page. Let me know if this is correct or if I am suppose to be doing this a different way. Thanks!

✭✭✭✭✭Put in the code and select the "no subscription" option and click next. It will drop you right back on your main account page and have the code applied. Next login you will get your collectables.
