No access to account. Access emails going to wrong email and not working. No support or forum access

Trying to get my SO into the game but she has nothing but problems. Her account was created on a comcast email which was blocking emails but is now changed to gmail. Her access codes are now being sent to the old account but do not work. Ticket was created but without working access codes support can't be properly used or checked on. Problems just started today when account started asking for access codes even though the original PC used to make the account hasn't changed and is the only one used to log in currently. Also she never received an email to set up a forum account so if I wasn't able to post she would not be able to get support AT ALL.

    And hey if it's any incentive I'm trying to log her in to buy a membership and the adventure pack. Wondering if I should now though considering she may not be able to play. :/

    Would love any help or input with this if anyone had a similar issue.

    Nevermind. I found a code that works. There were 3 "login from an Unknown IP Address" emails and it showed up after I had turned off spam filtering completely (even if you click "save a copy of spam" in the comcast options it still doesn't). The email still showed up in the wrong email and would not go to the new one (maybe for 24 hours) which is an issue I'm sure a lot of others have run into when trying to move away from an old non-working email address. Will post again if there are issues with purchases. Sorry for the trouble.
