Having issue redeeming code

I have a code for the Dragon Warrior costume, when I tried to redeem it in the PSN store it was invalid. So I contacted PlayStation support, they said the code is valid but it's a European code, I'm in North America so it obviously won't work. I've tried to eso contact support but I cannot access it for whatever reason.

Is there a way to exchange my code for a new NA code?

    I've a feeling I'm going to have the same issue. Sony are terrible for not allowing us to migrate our accounts - and software companies like Zenimax don't make it any easier for us either. I'm afraid you're probably going to have to purchase an EU copy of the game from your original zone... they screw us so many times.

    My main concern, and I asked this question long ago - is if the physical copy is going to contain a code to actually PLAY the game or nor... if it does, then I'm screwed again. It means I paid over $100 for nothing.
